Return Policy
Do not send tire returns to the address on your shipping label.
You must notify us of any problem with an order within 48 hours of receipt for the items to be returned or replaced.

Please call us for a return authorization number.
Zoning does not allow us to accept tire returns at our Contact / mailing address - it is only a
sales office and no tires are located there.  If you send your return to the Contact /
mailing address the items will have to be refused. 
Golf Cart Tires And Wheels Store ships our  tires and wheels 
from 6 locations across the country.  Returns must be sent to the correct location.
We will give you the correct return address for your items, if they are returnable, (please read our
complete return policy) when you call and get a Return Authorization Number which must
be clearly written on the outside of your return.
We have a 15% - 20% restocking fee on most returnable items.

Some items cannot be returned. 
All tires that have been mounted for you cannot be returned, only some assemblies that we have mounted can be returned.   Please be sure you are ordering the correct size of tire and wheel - tire and wheel packages that have been mounted just for you cannot be returned - we would have to dismount the tires to be able to sell them and we do not sell items that have been mounted previously.  

Wheels
All our wheels have a 4 on 4 bolt hole pattern except for some of the plain 8" & 10" white wheels that have the option of 4 on 4 or 5 on 4.5 bolt hole patterns.
If you are ordering these for something other then a golf cart we cannot advise you as to whether they will fit since we are mostly familiar with golf carts.

More items that cannot be retuned - items that have been mounted or used.

Golf Cart Tire Stores Credit Card Verification System
Due to problems with credit card fraud we will only ship to an address that we can verify as belonging to the credit card holder.  Please make sure you provide accurate credit card information because this information must verify.  Please make sure you provide a good contact phone number so we can reach you if there is a problem.  When we enter your credit card information into our system and it does not verify we void the transaction.  We never get your money BUT the credit card companies do hold onto the money and in some cases remove it from your account for a few days.  We use Bank of America for our credit card processing and they do not require this but your credit card company might.  Most credit card companies will show it as a pending transaction.  If you are near your limit and we run your card and then void it this can put you over your limit even though we never get any of your money.  It is very important for you to let us know if we can only run your card 1 time if it does not verify so you do not incur charges from your credit card company.  We accept no responsibility for fees you may incur if you go over your limit as long as we void all unnecessary transactions by the end of the day.
